Method: Orders generally are shipped Parcel Post by the United States
Postal Service.
Timing: Due to the handmade nature of our business, we do not keep
large inventories of our items. We strive to ship items within a week of the
order date, but that varies depending on volume. If you provide your
e-mail address, we will notify you when your order is being shipped.
Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with our merchandise. If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, you may return all or any part of it within 15 days
receipt for an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange or refund,

what you are returning and why. Please send a copy of the invoice with the
